I have been to this place many times For lunch with the company, I work for and never had a problem. Now I have gone there twice for dinner and had problems both times. First time, steak overcooked. Manager was cool and handled it. Second time, leaves me wondering if I will ever go back again. Steak was overcooked Twice, and I also believe they tried to give me cheap and thinner cut than I was paying for. First 2 steaks were 1/2” thick or less with barely any grill marks or marbling and looked nothing like the third, yea I said third, steak. Third steak was thicker, had grill marks all over it, and lots of marbling. It was also cooked correctly. Another person in my party ordered the exact same steak as myself, even cooked the same way, and theirs came out fine and also looked nothing like the first 2 I received. Now after 3 steaks you’d be think the manager would have something to say or da but nope. He just walked by our table eyeballing me and my steak. Meanwhile my whole party had finished their meals while I sat and waited on my steak, and by the time I got the right steak cooked the right way I was already full from eating Appetizer, bread, and the rest of my meal. So as far as I’m concerned it was just a waste of my time and money. Needless to say I think it will be a whole before I even consider going back.
Ordered pick up. Only one set of utensils was provided for 2 meals. Steak did not taste like steak. Mashed potatoes were good outside environment was nice.
